How does the MYOB integration work?
DataCartel connects securely to your MYOB account with just a few clicks. Once connected, your financial data syncs automatically, keeping your reports and insights always up-to-date. We use OAuth for secure authentication and never store your MYOB credentials.
What is the AI CFO feature?
AI CFO is your intelligent financial assistant. You can ask questions in plain English about your client's financial data and get instant, data-driven answers. It's like having a CFO on call for every client file - helping you analyse trends, spot issues, and provide better advice.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and Australian-based hosting infrastructure. We also offer two-factor authentication for account security. Your data is never shared with third parties.
How does pricing work?
We use a per-module, per-company-file pricing model. You only pay for the features you use on each client file. This means no wasted spend on features you don't need. Check our pricing page for current rates.
Can I invite my team members?
Yes! DataCartel supports team collaboration with granular permissions. You can invite team members as Viewers, Editors, or Managers, and control exactly which company files they can access.
What accounting software do you support?
Currently, we integrate with MYOB. We're actively working on expanding our integrations to include other popular accounting platforms. Contact us if you'd like to request a specific integration.
